- INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website www.SppaceNVenue.com, and all services provided by SppaceNVenue which is an Venue Consultancy & Ticket booking online portal being owned by M/s. KBS Marcom Pvt Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using our platform, you (“User”, “Client”, “Organizer”, “Venue Owner”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
- SCOPE OF SERVICES
SppaceNVenue is a venue discovery, booking, consultancy, and ticketing platform that provides:
- Venue listing & discovery services
- Venue consultancy & booking assistance
- Event ticketing solutions
- Event promotion & marketing support
- Vendor coordination (optional)
- Event technology solutions
We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with venue owners and service providers.
- USER ELIGIBILITY
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity
- USER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
- Users may be required to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
- BOOKINGS & CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
- SppaceNVenue does not own or operate venues
- Booking agreements are between User and Venue Owner directly
- SppaceNVenue facilitates communication, discovery, and transactions
Once a booking is confirmed:
- It becomes a binding agreement between User and Venue
- PRICING, PAYMENTS & COMMISSION
- Prices displayed may include:
- Venue charges
- Service fees
- Platform commission
- Payment modes:
- Online payment gateway
- Direct payment to venue (if applicable)
- SppaceNVenue may charge:
- Convenience fee
- Booking fee
- Ticketing commission
All payments must be made as per agreed timelines
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation policies vary by:
- Venue
- Event
- Ticket category
General rules:
- Booking cancellations may attract charges
- Refund timelines depend on venue/event policy
- Ticket bookings may be:
- Non-refundable
- Partially refundable
SppaceNVenue is not liable for venue-specific refund disputes.
- TICKETING TERMS
For events booked via SppaceNVenue:
- Tickets once booked are non-transferable unless specified
- Entry subject to organizer rules
- Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will not be honored
- Event changes/cancellations are the responsibility of the organizer
- USER OBLIGATIONS
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use platform for unlawful activities
- Interfere with platform operations
- Circumvent booking/payment system
- Engage in fraudulent bookings
- VENUE & SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Venue owners / partners must:
- Provide accurate listing details
- Honour confirmed bookings
- Maintain safety, compliance, and service standards
- Ensure licenses and permissions
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content (logo, branding, website design, data) belongs to SppaceNVenue
- Users may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Distribute
without written permission
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SppaceNVenue may integrate:
- Payment gateways
- Vendors
- Marketing tools
We are not responsible for third-party service failures.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SppaceNVenue shall not be liable for:
- Venue quality or service issues
- Event cancellations or delays
- Losses due to third-party actions
- Technical disruptions
Platform is provided “as is” without warranties
- INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify SppaceNVenue against:
- Legal claims
- Damages
- Losses arising from misuse of platform
- DATA PRIVACY
- User data is collected and processed as per Privacy Policy
- We implement reasonable security measures
- Data may be shared with:
- Venue partners
- Payment providers
- TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Cancel bookings
- Restrict access
in case of:
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Any unlawful Activity as per our policy
- MODIFICATION OF TERMS
SppaceNVenue may update Terms anytime.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised Terms.
- FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure/delay due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic
- Technical failures
- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- These Terms shall be governed by laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Delhi / NCR
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Parties shall attempt amicable resolution first
- If unresolved, dispute shall be settled via:
- Arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
- Sponsorship & Brand Collaboration Terms
- SppaceNVenue may facilitate sponsorships, brand tie-ups, and promotional collaborations for events listed on the platform.
- Any sponsorship agreement shall be independently executed between the Organizer and Sponsor unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- SppaceNVenue may act as:
- Facilitator
- Marketing partner
- Commission-based intermediary
- Deliverables such as:
- Branding placement
- Logo visibility
- Stage mentions
- Digital promotions
must be honored strictly by the Organizer.
- SppaceNVenue is not liable for:
- Non-fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables
- Brand disputes
- ROI expectations
- Sponsorship payments, if routed via SppaceNVenue, may attract service fees or commission.
- School / Kids Event Liability Clause
- For events involving children, students, or minors, the Organizer and participating institutions (schools, academies, parents) are solely responsible for:
- Safety & supervision
- Medical care & emergency response
- Permissions/consents from guardians
- SppaceNVenue acts only as a platform facilitator and shall not be liable for:
- Injury, accident, or mishap
- Misconduct or negligence
- Transportation-related incidents
- Organizers must ensure:
- Adequate safety measures
- Insurance (if applicable)
- Compliance with child protection laws
- Parents/guardians agree that participation is at their own risk.
- Vendor Marketplace Terms
- SppaceNVenue may list third-party vendors including:
- Caterers
- Decorators
- Photographers
- Event service providers
- Vendor responsibilities:
- Accurate service descriptions
- Timely delivery
- Compliance with applicable laws
- SppaceNVenue:
- Does not guarantee vendor performance
- Is not liable for service quality, delays, or disputes
- Any contract for vendor services is directly between User and Vendor.
- SppaceNVenue may charge:
- Listing fees
- Lead fees
- Commission on bookings
- AI / Marketing Services Disclaimer
- SppaceNVenue may provide:
- AI-driven marketing
- Digital campaigns
- Lead generation services
- Social media promotions
- While reasonable efforts are made, we do not guarantee:
- Ticket sales
- Event success
- ROI or audience turnout
- Performance depends on:
- Market conditions
- Event quality
- Pricing & competition
- Any analytics, forecasts, or projections are indicative only.
- Lead Sharing & Commission Clause
- SppaceNVenue may share leads with:
- Venues
- Vendors
- Event organizers
- Leads provided are:
- Non-exclusive (unless agreed)
- Subject to conversion variability
- Users agree:
- Not to bypass the platform to avoid commission
- Not to misuse shared contact details
- Commission structure:
- May be fixed or percentage-based
- Applicable on successful conversion
- In case of direct deal closure after lead sharing, SppaceNVenue reserves the right to claim commission.
