Terms & Conditions –Roller Skating Championship 2026 – Delhi NCR
By registering for the competition, participants and their parents/guardians agree to abide by the following rules and regulations:
- Eligibility & Age Groups
Participants must register strictly according to their age as of the event date (3rd May 2026):
- Tiny Rollers: 4+ to 6 years
- Little Rollers: 6+ to 9 years
- Junior Beginners: 9+ to 12 years
- Wheel of Wonders: 12+ to 15 years
- Senior Hustlers: 15+ to 18 years
- Valid age proof (Aadhar Card / School ID / Birth Certificate) is mandatory during registration or reporting.
- Any discrepancy in age may lead to disqualification without refund.
- Skating Categories
Participants can compete in the following categories:
- Adjustable Skates
- Quad Skates
- Inline Skates
- Fancy Skates
- Participants must compete only in the category they have registered for.
- Equipment must comply with standard skating norms.
- Participation Rules
- Entry Fee: ₹500 per event per participant.
- A participant can participate in a maximum of 2 events within their age group.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- On-spot registrations may be subject to availability.
- Track & Event Format
- All races will be conducted on a 200-meter banked skating track.
- Event formats (heats/finals/time trials) will be decided by the organizing committee based on the number of participants.
- Participants must report at least 60 minutes before their event.
- Safety Guidelines (Mandatory)
Safety is a top priority. All participants must adhere to the following:
- Wearing of helmet is compulsory for all participants.
- Knee guards, elbow guards, and wrist guards are strongly recommended.
- Skates must be in proper working condition.
- Participants must follow all track rules and referee instructions.
- Any form of dangerous skating, pushing, or misconduct may lead to disqualification.
- The organizers are not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss during the event.
- Participants are advised to be medically fit to compete.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain discipline and sportsmanship at all times.
- Misbehaviour with officials, volunteers, or other participants will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Parents and coaches must not interfere with the event proceedings.
- Reporting & Attendance
- Participants must report on time for verification and warm-up.
- Late arrivals may result in disqualification from the event.
- Once an event starts, no re-entry or second chance will be provided.
- Judging & Results
- Decisions made by the judges and referees will be final and binding.
- No objections or disputes will be entertained after the declaration of results.
- Awards & Recognition
- Winners will be awarded medals, certificates, and recognition.
- Participation certificates may be provided to all participants.
- Liability & Responsibility
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
- Organizers will take all reasonable precautions but will not be liable for:
- Injuries
- Accidents
- Loss/theft of personal belongings
- Media & Promotion Rights
- The organizers reserve the right to use photographs, videos, and participant details for promotional and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.
- Event Modifications
- The organizing committee reserves the right to:
- Modify event schedule, categories, or rules if required
- Cancel/postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances
- Agreement
By registering, participants and their guardians confirm that:
- They have read and agreed to all terms and conditions
- The participant is physically fit to participate
- They will abide by all rules and decisions of the organizers
